Supercar Sunday: 2014 Jaguar XFR-S Dyno and Quarter-Mile Testing

By Matthew Askari | May 11, 2014
Jaguar has been steadily changing its image, and a sportier lineup has been helping it to do that. The British automaker has produced obvious gems such as the 2014 Jaguar F-Type--which we couldn't get enough of--but it has also released sportier versions of its existing models, much like Mercedes-Benz's AMG, BMW's M line, or Audi's S and RS lines. In this brief video, tuning specialist Hennessey puts the 2014 Jaguar XFR-S through its paces with baseline and quarter-mile tests. The 2014 Jaguar XFR-S is an ultra-rare sight in the U.S., with only 100 delivered on these shores. With rev-shrieking rips, we get power and (a pretty decent) quarter-mile time for one of the angriest Jags out there. How did the blue devil fare? You can check out the short video below to find out.
