2015 Land Rover LR4 Updated
The Land Rover LR4 comes back for another model year, and though it's sporting a more expensive price tag, the automaker has loaded the new model with more features and options. Starting at $50,400, a $700 increase, the 2015 Land Rover LR4 will feature better connectivity and comfort. This fully-capable luxury SUV will be equipped with a new 3.0-liter supercharged V-6 engine paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission that will deliver 340 horses and 332 lb-ft of torque. The LR4 will offer the standard single-speed Torsen transfer case four-wheel drive system and the Heavy Duty Package, which features a two-speed transfer case four-wheel drive system that will include an active locking rear differential and a full-size spare tire. But Land Rover added more than just a new engine. For the new model year, customers can choose from new colors and trip options, including exterior colors Aruba, Kaikoura Stone, Montalcino Red, and Yulong. Ebony/Cirrus dual-tone Windsor leather seats and a wood and leather-wrapped steering wheel have also been added. And while more and more customers are concerned with connectivity, Land Rover addresses this by extending its InControl Apps capability, bettering its smartphone integration and convenience features. Compatibile with either iPhone or Android devices, the new system will offer services like navigation, streaming audio, Internet radio, location services, and much more. Source: Land Rover
