Four-Door Mini Hardtop Debuts
By January 2015, Mini will sell a four-door version of its classic Hardtop. The four-door Mini Hardtop features a familiar set of engine options. Buyers can choose from a three-cylinder engine with 134 horsepower or a four-cylinder with 189 horsepower on the S model. A six-speed manual and a Steptronic automatic are available on both trims, but only S models get a performance-tuned version of the automatic. Safety features on the four-door Mini Hardtop include knee, front, and side airbags and curtain airbags for both rows. Other features include a speed-related steering assistance system, ABS, EBD, cornering brake control and brake assistant, and dynamic stability control. Source: Mini USA
