2015 Honda Odyssey Priced
Honda announced that the 2015 Odyssey will start at $29,805, or $150 more than the previous model year. After receiving a new transmission and other upgrades for 2014, Honda's people hauler returns for 2015 with no changes. The model features a 3.5-liter V-6 engine with 248 horsepower and 250 lb-ft of torque, providing fuel economy of 19/28 mpg city/highway. Standard features on the 2015 Honda Odyssey include rearview camera, expanded view driver's mirror, HandFreeLink, and Bluetooth. Most models also receive two screens, including a 7-inch touchscreen and 8-inch display screen. Some of the most interesting available features include a rear-seat DVD entertainment system, multi-angle camera with top-down views, and the HondaVAC in-car vacuum. The 2014 model received a Top Safety Pick + rating from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety, and Honda expects the 2015 model will achieve the same ranking. Last year, it received five stars in front and side crashes and four stars in rollover crashes in government tests. The Odyssey is available in LX, EX, EX-L, Touring, and Touring Elite trims. Most buyers will probably opt for the EX ($32,275) or EX-L ($35,775). At its most expensive, the upper trim Odyssey goes for $44,600. The 2015 Honda Odyssey goes on sale August 2. Source: Honda
