2014 Chevrolet Malibu and 2013 Toyota Rav4 EV Pricing
Both Chevrolet and Toyota have released prices for 2014 model year vehicles. GM has priced the 2014 Chevrolet Malibu, with a starting price of $22,965. The new Chevrolet Malibu has an EPA-estimated 25/36 mpg city/highway, a significant improvement in city fuel economy, thanks to the stop/start technology. The 2014 Chevrolet Malibu will hit dealers this fall, and will be the first midsize sedan to offer start/stop technology as a standard feature in the United States. New features for the Malibu include a revised front-end appearance, roomier rear seats, a redesigned center console, suspension enhancements, and available side blind zone alert and rear cross traffic alert. "In this competitive midsize segment, there is no standing still. In addition to fuel economy improvement, the 2014 Malibu is roomier and more refined than its predecessor," said Chris Perry, Chevrolet marketing vice president, in a statement.
