2014 Scion Models Features and Pricing: Touchscreens for All!

The 2014 Scion FR-S will anchor the Scion model lineup, one that will see a few changes. For starters, all 2014 Scion models, and 2013 Scion xB models produced August and after, will come with a standard touchscreen radio. The radio ups traditional features beyond FM/AM radio and CD, and HD quality, Bluetooth, an auxiliary jack, and USB port with iPod capability all standard. "A standard touchscreen audio system across the entire Scion lineup stays true to the brand's innovative nature and responsiveness to the desires of its youthful drivers," Scion vice president Doug Murtha said. Additionally, a BeSpoke audio package will be available, an includes navigation, smartphone integration and access to 30,000 music channels, as well Scion's own lineup of 17 music channels. The BeSpoke audio will tack on $1,198. New for the 2014 Scion FR-S, the driver and front passenger will have front knee cushions on the doors and on the sides of the center console. The six-speed manual transmission FR-S will start at $25,455 after delivery, with the six-speed automatic transmission adding $1,100 to that figure. The 2014 Scion xD will offer two new two-tone paint options, and will start at $16,675 after delivery, with the paint options adding an additional $500. The Scion iQ Monogram series will start at $17,275, and will arrive in dealerships in October.  Lastly, the 2013 Scion xB starts at $17,725 for the manual transmission model, and will come equipped with the new touchscreen audio system that the 2014 models get.
