2015 Chevrolet Suburban, Tahoe, GMC Yukon Fleet Order Guides Up

By | October 14, 2013
General Motors recently introduced the 2015 Chevrolet Suburban, Tahoe, and GMC Yukon, and has followed that launch with the release of the fleet order guides. With new interiors, features, and an array of options, fleet sales are expected to be strong, especially for government use (pending that the government isn't shut down any more than it is in the future) and taxi companies. Pricing for the fleet models has yet to be announced. The three new fleet vehicles feature a new interior with an upgraded MyLink, which lets you connect all devices. Other new infotainment features include full USB and iPod support, with an auxiliary jack and voice recognition, as well as Bluetooth phone and audio and Pandora radio. OnStar 9.5 is also featured on all new fleet models, along with other safety features including forward collision alert, front park assist, lane departure warning, rear cross traffic alert, adaptive cruise control, and automatic collision braking. An Enhanced Vehicle Security Package is also available, and includes glass break sensors, vertical movement sensors, interior movement sensors, and door lock shields. Recently, GM also mentioned that it had made the 2015 Cadillac Escalade a little harder to steal since crooks have an affinity for jacking the popular luxury SUV. But GM has yet to release much in the way of ordering guides for that vehicle.
We got a glimpse into the new lineup with the 2015 GMC Yukon Denali and XL, which showcase new features inside and out. Sitting on standard 18-inch wheels, the Yukon is available with two different engines, a 5.3-liter V-8 or at 6.2-liter V-8 that produce 355 and 420 horsepower, respectively. Both the 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe and Suburban feature the same specs; however, the fleet models will only be available with the 5.3-liter V-8. Source: General Motors
