2015 Hyundai Sonata Priced
After debuting at the New York Auto Show last month, the 2015 Hyundai Sonata has now been priced. The new Sonata will start at $21,150, or $300 less than the outgoing model. From what we can see, the Sonata looks more refined, but perhaps less exciting, than its predecessor as it adopts a new version of Hyundai's Fluidic Sculpture design language. For 2015, the Sonata promises a better ride quality, reduced noise, and more advanced features on upper trim levels. After the base model comes the Sport model, which starts at $23,175. Next in line is the Limited model at $26,525. All these models come with a six-speed automatic transmission and a 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine good for 185 horsepower and 178 lb-ft of torque. A new range-topping Sport 2.0T Ultimate offers a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder with 245 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque. Along with better performance, the model also offers features like panoramic sunroof, heated and ventilated seats, heated steering wheel, power trunk, and start/stop. Hyundai has already begun production of the new 2015 Sonata at its plant in Montgomery, Ala. The first copies will arrive at dealerships by the end of this month, the automaker said. Source: Hyundai
