2015 Scion FR-S and tC Updated
New versions of the Scion FR-S and tC arrive this June, and it looks like these models will receive some significant changes in terms of performance and design. The 2015 Scion FR-S should achieve better handling and stability thanks to a more rigid front suspension and re-tuning of the rear shock absorbers. The model also receives enhancements to make it more aerodynamic than the previous version. Peeking into the inside reveals a more refined interior with carbon fiber accents, a new key design, and automatic headlights. Larger exhaust tips on the outside complement the look. The new FR-S is actually cheaper than the outgoing model. Buyers can get their hands on one for just $24,900 when opting for the six-speed manual. Models with the automatic transmission starts at $26,000. Along with the FR-S, the tC coupe also features a number of changes. When equipped with the six-speed automatic, the car includes paddle shifters that allow for sportier driving. New colors include Cosmic Gray and Blizzard Pearl. The 2015 Scion tC, starting at $19,210 for the manual and $20,360 for the automatic, is also less expensive than the last version. We expected this one, however, since the model is in serious need of a redesign. Source: Scion
