BMW Creates Six Funny Digital Shorts for 2012 3 Series Sedan Introduction
BMW has always made engaging advertising material. Most of us in the office still fondly remember the company's "The Hire" short film series from the early 2000s. And, as for some personal disclosure: At this week's press drive for the 2012 BMW 3 Series sedan, I made sure I had the main song used in the BMW Film "Star" on my MP3 player just so I could blare it in the car and live out my middle school fantasies. When we got word of BMW's digital short advertising campaign for the 2012 BMW 3 Series sedan, we were excited to see what it was all about. "We only build one thing: Ultimate driving machines" is the tagline used for all six of them. But the 15- to 30-second commercials are more comedic than the German go-fast "Iron und Schteel" we're used to. They show features like memory seats and heated steering wheels with a funny twist for each of them.Rather than bore you any more with our words now, we'll just post all six of them below.
