Chrysler Vice Chairman says Car Company to keep Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep Brands

Chrysler continues to work on ways to stay in business while exploring options to do so. One is to sell parts of the company. There have been many pundits spreading the rumor that the company intended to sell Jeep and Viper. Well, Chrysler Vice Chairman Tom LaSorda has said recently that the company does not intend to sell individual brands. However, he did say that it would sell tooling for models that it will be discontinuing and would also consider licensing production agreements for current models. There has been rumors that Chrysler was in talks with Renault-Nissan and Magna International about selling some assets. Well, while the former continues to fall on deaf ears, the latter has some substance. via CNN
