Drip...Drip...2014 Mercedes-Benz S-Class Picture Emerges From Depths of Internet

We're not exactly sure where this picture of the 2014 Mercedes-Benz S-Class came from--other than a French car site--but we do know that it's pretty spot-on with what we've seen so far and looks to be a legitimate picture of the upcoming flagship sedan.
The 2014 Mercedes-Benz S-Class has already debuted before a small audience in Germany, so we're just waiting for it to make its mainstream debut. We've seen its interior, quilted and with two large TFT screens adorning the dashboard. Heck, the 2014 S-Class will even come with a perfumer built into the glove compartment to make sure you'll never have to smell your AKC purebred dog. Only the proletariat masses should ever have to endure such a fate.
In the U.S., the 2014 Mercedes-Benz S-Class should come with four-, six-, eight-, and 12-cylinder engines in addition to hybrid and diesel powertrains. Rear-wheel drive will be standard, and all-wheel drive will once again be available. Unlike the current generation, there will be a limousine version available, called the Pullman, that will feature even more exclusive interior materials and features befitting of, well, the defunct Maybach. As the Mercedes-Benz S-Class tops out at $220,000 and the Maybach started at around $350,000, expect the Pullman to bridge the gap and work its way up from there. Coupe and convertible versions are also expected.
While not radically designed, the car's lines look modern and should age gracefully over the years. Expect the 2014 S-Class to come with a long list of technology and safety features that will make it among the safest cars in the world. Beyond a few spy shots, interior pictures, and the leaked photo you see here, expect the S-Class to make its official introduction at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September. Source: BlogAutomobile
