Honda Announces Pricing For 2012 CR-V
Twenty-two thousand. If you’re looking at the 2012 Honda CR-V, that’s the number you’ll need to remember. After its debut and showcase at the Los Angeles Auto Show, Honda has finally announced its full pricing, and it’s within earshot of where the outgoing model was priced. The price of admission for the CR-V starts at $22,295 for the two-wheel drive LX model, while the top-spec EX-L with AWD rings the register at $28,295. All CR-Vs include an $810 destination charge. Additional options on the EX-L include a $700 rear-seat entertainment system, with a DVD player and fold-down screen for the second row, and a navigation system priced at $1500. Both are available on two-wheel and AWD models. Last year’s CR-V started at $21,895, so the 2012 model represents a $400 jump. Considering all the equipment and features that the 2012 model gets, while staying relatively unchanged, it’s a pretty rational price increase. Source: Honda
