Scion has announced that it will produce 10,000 Scion 10 Series vehicles, and are set to arrive in the showroom this June. Each 10 Series will be a unique version of one of the Scion lineup, celebrating 10 years of car-making. Every model will be painted in Silver Ignition and will have matching silver seat belts, and the theme will be carried through special exterior and interior touches.
The 2014 Scion tC special edition will have premium stitching on the steering wheel and seats, LED accent lighting, front and rear badges that light up when the car is unlocked, as well as many other features. The starting price for the Scion 10 Series tC will be set at $21,440 for the manual transmission and $22,440 for the automatic transmission.
Next is the 2014 Scion iQ special edition. It will have projector-beam headlights, 16-inch graphite gray alloy wheels, as well as two electroluminescent panels on the center console and a solar-powered illuminated shift knob, among other special features. The starting price for the Scion 10 Series iQ is $17,850.
The 2013 Scion FR-S, like the tC, will come with both a manual and automatic transmission. Special features include HID headlights, a dashboard electroluminescent panel, front and rear locator badges, as well as a solar-powered illuminated shift knob and Scion carpet mats throughout the vehicle. Pricing starts at $27,425 for the manual transmission and $28,675 for the automatic transmission for the Scion 10 Series FR-S.
The 2013 Scion xB special edition will be fitted with many of the same features as the iQ. It will be outfitted with the same projector-beam headlights, the dashboard electroluminescent panel, front and rear locator badges, as well as LED accent lighting and a solar-powered illuminated shift knob. The pricing for the Scion 10 Series xB is slightly higher than the iQ, with a starting price set at $19,210 for the manual transmission and $20,160 for the automatic transmission.
Last up for the special edition lineup is the 2013 Scion xD. It will come with premium stitching on the seats, multi-reflector halogen headlights, a rear vehicle locator badge, as well as 16-inch graphite gray alloy wheels and an electroluminescent panel above the radio, among other features. Pricing for the Scion 10 Series xD starts at $18,155 for the manual transmission and $18,995 for the automatic transmission.
