New Pictures, Show, Video Coverage of 2011 Bentley Supersports Convertible
Bentley Motors has released some new shots and video coverage of its 2011 Bentley Supersports Convertible. Unveiled at the 2010 New York Auto Show back in March, the convertible has similar lines to its coupe sibling. However, the convertible is a true four-seater albeit it’s a tight squeeze in the second row. Power comes from a 6 liter W12 cylinder turbocharged engine generating 621 horsepower and 590 pound-feet of torque. Even better, the convertible shed nearly 200 pounds from its coupe origins. Bentley accomplished this trick with the generous usage of carbon-fiber, Alcantara interior trim, and forged wheels. The Supersports convertible can go from zero to 60 mph in under four seconds with a jaw-dropping top speed of 202 mph. Finally, the Convertible, like its coupe sibling and the rest of the current Bentley lineup, can use E85 ethanol as well as gasoline. via Bentley
