Video: 2014 Chevrolet Corvette C7 is Much Ado About Nothing

While we at focus on the consumer side of all things, well, automotive, we're also unabashed car enthusiasts. Like seamen too long out at sea, we're tantalized by hints and teases of our favorite cars whether the latest from the Germans, American muscle, or a Japanese pocket rocket. However, there are certain teases just basically waste our time. We're interested in the next-generation Chevrolet Corvette, referred to as the "C7." Recently, one "Tony Foran" of the Gear Page posted images of what may be the upcoming Chevrolet Corvette C7 milling about its home from GM's proving grounds in Michigan. According to Moran, he spotted the heavily camouflaged sportscar in the exalted company of other Corvettes and, oddly, a Porsche 911 S. While his photos were nothing to write home about, he also took this, ah, footage:'s take: If you, too, felt like hurling your model car paper weight at your screen for wasting nearly thirty seconds of your day looking a black-camo'd Corvette silhouette, you're in good company. And, Tony, learn to hold your phone the other way when taking video. Seriously. However, the excitement generated by this video reflects the general excitement over the next-generation Corvette. Widely expected to debut at the 2013 Detroit Auto Show in January, anticipation is growing steadily. Expect more spy videos, more photos, and more breathless speculation over every little bit of information that leaks out. Consider this the tip of the iceberg. Source: The Gear Page, YouTube
