Volkswagen is set to offer a new edition of the Passat starting in 2013. The 2013 Volkswagen Passat Wolfsburg Edition will slot between the base S and the mid-level SE trims, and will offer additional convenience features at a competitive price. The automaker is building on the S model with a six-speed automatic transmission. The new Wolfsburg Edition will have Bluetooth technology, a multi-function steering wheel with audio and phone controls, automatic headlights, and mower exterior mirrors. The driver's seat will also have lumbar support. New to the Wolfsburg are 16-inch alloy wheels, as well as perforated V-Tex leatherette seating surfaces. Customers can expect a power driver's seat, front row heated seats, satellite radio, and a Media Device-Interface (MDI) with an iPod cable. Pricing for the new 2013 Passat Wolfsburg Edition will start at $23,495 and is expected to hit showroom floors later in the spring season. Source: Volkswagen
