2009 Nissan 370Z Review
Same looks but more power.
Reviewed by Automotive on
The 2009 Nissan 370Z is a fine convertible developed with the primary intention of speed and thrill driving. It seats two and offers little cargo room, so it doesn’t serve well for a weekend trip. However, with the six-speed manual transmission and a 3.6-liter, V-6 engine, you have a vehicle that will not shy away from showing taillights in the far distance to the people you overtake.
Engines: 3.7-liter V-6, 3.7-liter V-6
Transmissions: six-speed manual with overdrive, seven-speed automatic with overdrive and auto-manual

The 2009 Nissan 370Z comes redesigned with the coupe body only and a powerful 3.7-liter, 332-hp, V-6 engine available on all the three trims. It uses rear-drive with a six-speed manual transmission and an optional seven-speed paddle-shift automatic.
The 2009 Nissan 370Z exterior looks as appealing as its engine power and measures 72.6 inches in width, 51.8 inches in height, and sits on a 100-inch wheelbase with 61 inches front tread. It comes fitted with alloy wheels to fit 225-50WR18.0BSW front tires and 245-45WR18.0BSW rear tires for the Nissan 370Z and the Nissan 370Z Touring. The Nissan 370Z NISMO uses 245-40YR19.0BSW front tires and 285-35YR19.0BSW rear tires.
The 2009 Nissan 370Z comes with a seating capacity for two and has sports seats, adjustable head restraints, dual power remote mirrors, dual illuminated vanity mirrors, and center armrests. It also comes with comfort features, such as a dome light with fade, reading lights, lightly tinted windows, power windows in the front, and fixed rear windows.
Ample storage space enhances the user’s ability to personalize the car, including a front cup holder, covered bin instrument panel storage, concealed storage in the interior, and door bins. Other comfort fittings include air-conditioning and radio controls on the steering wheel as well as keyless remote entry. For entertainment, the 2009 Nissan 370Z comes with an AM/FM radio with a CD player and an MP3 decoder.
This two-door convertible provides reasonable space for its body type, with 42.9 inches of legroom, 38.2 inches of headroom, 54.6 inches of hip room, and 54.4 inches of shoulder room. It offers a maximum cargo capacity of 6.9 cubic feet and has variable intermittent front windshield wipers and a rear window defroster.
