The Porsche Boxster bridges the vanity of a luxury vehicle with utility. As to be expected, the 2010 version, which comes in the base model and the Boxster S, contains a powerful engine and has exceptional handling. Driving it alludes to both thrilling and comfort. Many of my friends would describe the two versions of the car as luscious because of the attractive classic-style exterior that Porsche has been known for. Sure the outside may be luscious, but under the hood is straight up sexy. Like other Porsche models, the Boxster is fit for only two people, making the connection with the car more intimate. Seating is comfortable, but entering and exiting can be an annoyance, as with any sports car. The knocks that drivers and passengers may notice on either versions are the pitiful sound system and the tiny cargo space. The interior features are fairly standard, like Bluetooth, six-CD changer, and heated seats. They also take a hit in their MPG which range from 19 mpg in city and 27 hwy. However, you are not buying the Boxster for its mpg or for its sound system. What drivers, and passengers, want is the thrill of driving in high speeds with the top down.
