Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

  • Cargo Space
  • Comfortable
  • Lots of Features

  • Poor Gas Mileage
  • Handles Poorly
  • Lacks Power

This is the everyday persons car. It is perfect for getting around in a reliable way. There is nothing particularly exciting but it gets the job done. This car was originally made by Toyota to be a sort of fun crossover but it has found its way into being more of a family car. It shines in the area of practicality because of its spacious cabin and the rear seats have quite a bit of leg room. The interior of the car is designed to be learned quickly and you will have no problem finding where everything is. The one thing about this automobile that is unexpected is the gas mileage. The gas mileage is not terrible but you would expect more from a small Toyota vehicle. This is also a great car for college students and young adults in general. This is because if you are someone who is always hauling stuff in and out of your apartment, you will definitely need some cargo space. With the Toyota Matrix you get a decent amount of cargo space to begin with and even more when you fold the seats down. This is what makes it ideal for people who are frequently transporting things.
