There were several changes made to the 1995 Toyota T-100. This was the first year the extended cab body design was offered. Additionally, it received a more powerful V-6 engine option. With the V-6 engine and DX or Xtracab models, anti-lock brakes were offered standard as well.

The 1995 Toyota T-100 was made in two distinctive body styles, the regular cab, and extended cab versions.
