2011 Toyota Tacoma Consumer Reviews

I grew up with a dad who was a fan of big trucks. He wasn't a farmer or a rancher, but he sure loved big trucks. I learned to drive on a Ford F450, but a pickup never seemed to suit my lifestyle once I moved out of the house. That didn't stop me from wanting one, although I never wanted a monster truck like the ones we had in my driveway as a kid. I just wanted a nice truck that could help me on Costco and Ikea trips and would be comfy enough for road trips. No hemis necessary for me! I found what I was looking for last year when I got my Toyota Tahoma. She (yes, it's a she!) is the perfect truck for me. I got the regular cab model since it's just me and my dog now, but I'd definitely consider an extended cab if my family grows. Good size for hauling things, but not so big I feel like I need a special driver's license just to drive around. The gas mileage is actually pretty good for a bigger vehicle and I'm a big fan of the charcoal gray color. I have the same color in nail polish form.
