Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

  • Affordable
  • Smooth Ride
  • Great Gas Mileage

  • Unrefined Interior
  • Lacks Power
  • Handles Poorly

The Toyota Yaris is small yet dependable. I have been driving it for 2 years and I do not have any complaints about this vehicle. This car is reliable and excellent on gas. It gets 30 miles per gallon in the city and 35 miles per gallon on the highway. It's not real roomy but it can fit up to 5 people. There is not much leg room in the back seat, small children would fit comfortably. The interior features are somewhat basic, not much glitz and glam. I chose not to pay additional for the power windows, instead, I have the roll-up windows. I have the 5 speed manual transmission because I love feeling in control of a vehicle. It's a great vehicle for someone who is not looking for much extravagant features and options. The price is very affordable, less than $15,000, unless you get extras added on. When driving I feel safe knowing that this vehicle is reliable and a high-quality vehicle for the price. A few cons of the Yaris are that the seats do not have much cushion so a long ride could be a bit uncomfortable. The handling of the car is not all that great. This car does not much horse power. A few pros is that it's quiet while on the highway, not much outside noise, gear shifting is easy to manage, and it's cute.
