Acura RL Information
Manufactured by Honda and marketed by Acura, the RL is a mid sized luxury four door sedan. This vehicle has been in production since 1996 when it replaced the Honda and Acura Legend in the lineup. The vehicle has been met with quite a bit of criticism for all three generations, mostly owing to the lack of engine options. Many consumers want more than the 3.5 liter V6 that the vehicle has been equipped with in all three generations. The first generation of the Acura RL is known to be a car that is very easy to handle, rides smoothly, and is a joy to drive and ride in on the highway and city streets. The Acura RL second generation saw a makeover with the front and back ends being updated. There was also a new suspension and chassis, and the addition of airbags. The third generation is also known to handle quite well and was equipped with active differentials with all wheel drive and traction control.
