Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

  • Reliable safety features
  • Good performance
  • Smooth Ride
  • Attractive Design

  • Unusual driver seating
  • Small backseat

Let's start with looks, for this model Volvo has ditched their well known boxy design and created a nice sleek design. I personally like the grey look of the car which doesn't take away from the design. The car has a low profile which a rounded hatch opening. The interior has nice design with decent storage room behind the back seats. The front passengers enjoy relatively ample leg room, however, for the passengers in the rear, a bit more leg room would be greatly appreciated. The performance of this vehicle is powered by an engine that can deliver 227 horse power. Besides some twitching of the car when accelerating hard on uneven surfaces, the car actually handles very well. The low profile of the vehicle adds to the stability of it. You wont be doing any drag racing in this vehicle, but it will get you from point A to point be quite nicely. And on your way to point B you will need gas- this vehicle has fuel economy ratings of 29 highway mpg and 21 mpg city. Safety is one of the biggest concerns for me when buying a vehicle, that why I was pleasantly surprised when reading all the great reviews about the vehicle's safety rating. The 2011 Volvo C30 includes features such as side airbags, anti-lock brakes, and electronic stability control. The C30 also includes Volvo's (Intelligent Driver Information System.
