When I first saw this car in the lot I knew I was already in love. This car is just beautiful and a day doesn't go by where I'm not impressed by the design. In addition to the great looks, this car offers great comfort. These may be the most comfortable seats in I car I have had the pleasure of using. There is also plenty of space in the trunk, which is always useful for big families. Now to move on to something that is important for many people; how does it drive? I have to say I was very impressed with the power this car has as well as how smooth the ride was. As well as having a lot of power, this car has equal stopping power, as the brakes are great. This car is also great for families because of the many safety features that are included. Some things that do detract from this car are that it consumes a lot of gas and the handling is lacking. In the end I think this is a great car for anybody as it offers a safe ride, great looks and extreme comfort but it does have its shortcomings.

I have owned the new Volvo XC70 for the past 6 months and have been relatively happy with it. I really like the sleek way it looks and that it is somewhere between an SUV and a wagon. It offers great versatility for me and my dogs. There is a ton of cargo space with is a huge plus because I like to go on camping trips where I have a lot of gear and my dogs. I also feel very safe in it, as it is a Volvo, and they are known for top notch safety systems. I find the sound system wonderful and all the dials and knobs in the car are easy to use and figure out. The optional all wheel drive that I decided to purchase worked perfectly in the snowy months early this year. I felt safe and slick proof on even the iciest of days. The ride is also extremely smooth and quiet.
As with any car I have my cons as well. The engine doesn't feel as powerful as some of the other crossover SUV type cars that I test drove. The steering also is a little less responsive but it is easy to get used to. Of course with a larger vehicle the miles per gallon are going to be a little higher than I like but I can put that aside because I live pretty close to my job. My one last complaint is there is a lot of nooks and crannies that dog hair gets stuck in.
